regarding wes evaluvation

i believe to get my gpa evaluvated we have to get all our marks cards signed and sealed by the controller of examinations in india , can anybody throw some light on this

would it be ok if i simply notarise all my transcripts in US and sent to wes

pls help ,any advice will be helpful
