For our budding CA-1's and 2's this is an important topic which deserves some attention.

Is there a difference in morbidity or mortality between the techniques?

What about:

1) Thoracic cases

2) Large abdominal cases

3) Peripheral Vascular cases

How about concerning Postop Pulmonary Complications?
How about concerning Graft Patency?
How about in decreasing the amount of Perioperative MI's?
