Rejected but still downloading app

Hey guys,
I was rejected to from a program last week. But for some reason they're still downloading my application (dean's letter and LORs).

Wondering if this happens with all programs. I'd like for them to stop downloading my crap if they've already rejected me prior to my application even being complete. Anyone else in this boat?

most all the programs that have sent me rejections are still downloading my stuff, happened with a few of them that rejected me before having my 3rd and MSPE uploaded, they have downloaded it now.

Programs download everything that is available for them to download.

The way ERAS works, we download everything. We can't choose to not download information from applicants who have withdrawn or been rejected. It's obviously unfortunate you were rejected, but don't read any more into it then that.

Absolutely true. There's a button labeled "ERAS Post Office" - on average, we get dozens of items every day even at this late date. There's no control involved. It involves either myself or my Program Coordinator clicking a button.
