rejections from PCO?

PCO is my 1st choice and i will be applying there this summer for the 2012 cycle. i havnt written my OAT yet, my gpa is probabaly around 3.2. i am a canadian applicant. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS EVER GOTTEN REJECTED FROM PCO? AND IF SO THEN BASED ON WHAT DID THEY REJECT YOU?
I'VE READ ALOT ABOUT PPL'S ACCEPTANCES TO PCO, BUT IM SURE THERE HAS TO BE PLENTLY REJECTIONS CAUSE ACCORDING TO THEIR STATS ~900 ppl applied in 2009

I got rejected last year. I applied and was hoping to be accepted without my bachelors.

IF you dont mind can you plz tell me your stats because i am applying this year and hoping to get in without my bachelors. I really thought it i would be fine, my gpa is about 3.2 hanvt written the oat yet.
Did they specifically say u got rejected because you didnt have your full deg.?

oh and i forgot to mention,I will be about ~9 credits short prior to attending(if i got in the 2012 cycle) and i dont wana waste a whole year over those 9 credits. thats all. which i why i am applying this year.
