Do rejections usual happen randomly throughout the cycle, or are most of them going to me sent out in March?

Depends on the school. Some schools have already sent out rejections. Some will send them out as their committees meet and decide. Some will wait until the end of the cycle to make a rejection decision because they want to know what their class will look like then. Some schools will never outright reject you at all (but you'll never hear from them ever again)!
