Hey just a general question.
How would you out there as attendings characterize your relationships with the above?
I feel a lot will have a great one with their nurses ( at least I hope so).
Do you docs (non-leadership positions) have open line of communication with nursing management? Or does any discourse need to be filtered through the directors?
Of course problems and the like would of course go through proportion channels (directors etc.)
Like if you had an idea or a question on a nursing involved issue.
