Release step 2 scores?

Hey guys, I was wondering how we release our step 2 scores?

If you get your score before you submit ERAS, it's automatic and you can't stop it.

Otherwise, if you specify in ERAS not to automatically resubmit, you can log in to ERAS later and have a new USMLE score report submitted when you get your Step II score and deem it worthy of releasing.

I'm a bit confused about the score, automatic transmission... could you please explain?

I didn't think we could submit our ERAS until Sept 1st, is that not correct?

I do not wish for my scores to be automatically updated, I would like to see them first. So, what do I do? I have gone to the "documents" tab and selected "no" and "no" for the two questions, and then pushed save. However, I don't understand what you meant regarding submitting the application.

Help!

Yes, you can't submit ERAS until Sept. 1.

If you get your score back before then, you are out of luck and must submit that score.
