When an exam says "1996 released exam" is that the year it was given out, or the year it was released? Just wondering because I am going over my stuff and the tests say something like December 1996 and the answer key says released 1997??? To which one is this particular exam referred to: The 1996 or 1997 exam. Just trying to take 'inventory' here, sorry for confusion.
