We need someone to be available to answer chat messages from time-to-time. You can help users with simple questions about setting up their free account and how to use our site (hint: it's really simple - you're just going to be "hand-holding").
Also, if you are interested, you can make even more money by working as a Consultant, helping students practice OSCE-style cases by reading scripts.
