Remote/Hybrid Work for Rural Centers -- Preview of the future?

Has anyone seen this recent job post on the Astro jobs postings?

Interesting, because on one hand, this may help fill gaps in rural areas, where it may be hard to hire folks, but also kind of foreboding for maybe the future of rural RadOnc and more threats in an ever tightening

job market for those at rural centers.

I think a lot of us know the newer generation of RadOnc’s are more likely to come from and go back to larger metropolitan/suburban areas.

Does anyone know if this kind of practice is common and/or if these types of practices are growing?
