Who interviewed you in any past applications? We always warn people that once you have an MCAT score, the clock is ticking for you to leverage a strong score.

Can you highlight the last two years of activities in your descriptions? What have you done since graduating, or after your flight attendant stint?

You do not need more shadowing hours but many schools screen at 150 hours for non clinical volunteering. Accumulate another 30+ hours in an activity such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc before you apply. I suggest these schools from your list with your stats:
Albany
Case Western College Program
Case Western University Program
Cincinnati
Columbia
Cooper Rowan
Cornell
Duke
Emory
Geisinger
GW
Hofstra
Iowa
Jefferson
Johns Hopkins
Maryland
Mt Sinai
Ohio St
Pitt
Rochester
Tufts
UA Phoenix
UMass
Vandy
Vermont
VT
Wake Forest
WashU
Wisconsin

One more question: how important is your identity as an artist when it comes to your goals to graduating medical school? In what way do you want your talents to be affirmed, valued, and nurtured while going through the grueling aspects of medical education? How about the languages you have acquired?

This will be my first cycle - I spent the first year as a flight attendant, and now I'm into my second one and working as a server at a local restaurant. And yeah, the MCAT score ticking away is definitely part of the reason I'm hoping to get in this cycle - one and done

I'll think about this one some more. My artist identity is super important to me and creativity is one of the core aspects of my personality. It's one of my favorite things about myself and I'd love to find a place that allows me to express it.

Learning languages is one of the hardest things I do in my life, but also one of the most rewarding. Not much else comes close to the feeling of successfully cramming an entire new way of thinking into my brain.
