Do you have any in person physician shadowing hours ? Online shadowing has little value.

Describe why medicine is your calling and what you see yourself doing routinely 10 years from now in your training. I don't see any mission fit story, and nothing disclosed really makes you stand out that much. That may be contributing to why your school list seems so top-heavy... nothing tells me why a "top school" would want to invite you to interview (from what has been disclosed).
