Removing a dental school from application before submission

If l have already added 12 schools to the ADEA AADSAS application and would like to remove 3 of those schools, will those 3 schools be notified that l removed them? The application has not been submitted yet.

No they wouldn't know. You can only delete schools before you submit your app/pay for them.
Just putting this out there: If after June 5th you applied to a school you don't want anymore, then you can withdraw your app from consideration.
