I graduated from UC davis.

I'm trying to repeat the following courses:

Gen Chem
Ochem
Bis 101
Bis 102
Bis 103
Bis 104

Can I repeat these courses at UC Berkeley Extension?
Are they considered equivalent?

Not if they're online. Most schools won't accept pre-reqs taken online, particularly pre-reqs with labs.

That's a lot of classes. You're probably better off doing a proper postbac

I can't help you with the equivalency part, other than that if the course title is the same, you're probably fine. However, I will say that the classes at UBX are actually surprisingly good, from my experience thus far. Go for it!
