repeating things on secondaries

I know we're not supposed to copy/paste in our secondaries from the primary, but do we have to explain the acronyms for our clubs and talk about what we did for the club again

for example, this schools asks

"What area of medicine do you envision yourself working in at the end of your training? What is shaping your vision? 250 words"

I was gonna talk about one of my clubs that i already explained in my primary.

It is best to include a short primer as to what the club is and your involvement in the club. According to an adcom on SDN (IIRC Goro), sometimes schools assign different people to read your primary and secondary. I expanded upon my AMCAS in one of my secondaries, and I briefly (~25-50 words) explains what the activity was.
