How many repeats did people get on their real exam from the practice NBMEs?

Interested in knowing this too! And approximately how many were repeats?

I'd estimate about 3 or so... (i took it in 2011) which were verbatim from NBME forms 7, 11, and 12 (can't remember exactly which forms, but they were form those three forms)

yea about 2 or 3, verbatim. Don't remember from which one tho...I think one is from 5 or 7

I am trying to decide how many NBMEs to fit in my schedule... have heard conflicting views on this

Don't try to do NBMEs in hopes of getting the exact questions on the real thing.

Do them 1) to get an accurate representation of how well you're doing, and 2) to get good practice questions to learn concepts that are commonly tested on the boards.

Yep sounds good I will definitely use them to assess progress, just curious how many questions (or) concepts repeated.
