I am wondering how I can add schools i want to have my DAT score sent after I take the DAT.
Can I check which schools I chose when I registered for the DAT?

You'll have to call ADA and have them add schools for you. It costs $15 for each school you add. Not sure the answer to your second question though.

the schools you chose when you registered for the DAT should be on that receipt you should have printed out at the time of sign up.
other than that i'm not sure but either check your e-mail cuz they had to have sent you a copy of the receipt or look on the prometric website.
