Reputable QME companies?

Anyone have a good QME company they've worked with? Got connected to a physician owned one through the Physicians Side Gig FB group but they seem kinda sketchy with all sorts of weird clauses in their agreement. I've talked to a few other ones, they all have the same 60/40 split so not much to differentiate them with.

The problem with some physician fb groups is that the group owner receives payment from recommended companies and can restrict alternatives. They aren’t necessarily safe places to obtain information.
