hey everyone -
I'm just finishing my first year of my undergrad degree stuff and my plan is eventual DDS 🙂 - I'm a little confused and I'm thinking I might have to change my major, or even change the school I'm planning to attend to transfer to (I'm at a JC), so I'd like to figure this out now before it's too late! I was wondering if general chemistry classes count towards inorganic chemistry requirements? Or must the class be called inorganic chem? Also, sorry again if this is a dumb question, but do classes for the biochemistry requirement for DDS have to be called biochemistry? can they be called structural or metabolic biochem and still count?
Thanks everyone!

From my understanding General Chemistry is Inorganic. I got into dental school and I took General, Ochem, and Biochem. So I think on that front you are fine. Good luck to you!

Yes! you dont need to take 400lv inorgaic class 🙂
i remember reading a post that some schools are okay with taking bioorganic chem for biochem requirment
but i think u should call them
