i want to know how to apply to the NDEB equivalency process and requirements to apply
i searched through their website and didn't find any information that answered my queries
i also want to ask if i fail the equivalency process once can i retake the exams or do i have to apply to a qualifying program

yes u can retake it if u fail once u can take it upto 3 times
