Reschedule fee payment?

I just rescheduled my test through the prometics webpage but I was not charged the fee. The confirmation page says "This is a receipt for services that you paid Prometric to provide. Prometric is the leading provider of global testing and assessment services. In some cases, payment is handled through the test sponsor and not through Prometric. If this is the case, your Prometric receipt may reflect a 0 amount".
Does this mean that I will get an email later from ADA maybe with instructions on how to pay?

You should have been charged prior to the change. Call to confirm your change actually happened.
