Would a person put on the AMCAS or other later documents (ie secondaries, etc) as undergrad research as a separate part and graduate research as another
(separate part). Otherwise group them as one? Even considering that the person was working on the same project/similiar project as it progresses with the same professor (in the professor's work)?
