I am an international student and I have an acceptance at SLU at Saint Louis so far. I wanted to be involved in research during my prenclinical years at med school. Now, Wash U at St Louis offers a lot of opportunities that I am interested in. I was just wondering whether as a student at SLU I will be allowed to work with the faculty members at Wash U?

Of course, if you can find the time and connection. Research isn't a "graded" activity, unless the school requires it.

SLU would have no problem with you doing research at WUSTL, as it's quite a collaborative activity. Research: Share the Love.

btw, congrats on the acceptance. I heard it's really hard for internationals to get into US med schools.
