For the research experience section how in-depth should I get regarding my research projects?

Also should I list all of my projects (esp. those that I worked on under the same attending) under one experience or separate experiences?

I am keeping it to one or two sentences, even the two years I spent on my graduate school research. I currently have several projects ongoing with an attending; I am listing those as one research experience. To do otherwise seems like CV inflation to me. Unless your projects are totally unrelated, I would list them under one research experience if it's with the same attending.
