research for postbaccs at UCs

Do the UCs hire post-baccs to work in their research labs? I know some other schools do but I haven't found anything regarding the UCs... I'm looking for something to do in my gap year!

Does anyone know of other universities that offer research for post-baccs? I didn't realize everything was for undergrads!
