Has anyone ever asked you how you feel using mechanical modalities in your practice? You may have learned about them in school but is there a relevance for them in your practice? As occupational therapy students at Huntington University’s doctoral program, we are tasked to explore this research topic. As part of our research, we require participants to enroll in a survey about their competence and confidence using mechanical modalities within their practice. Due to this project focusing on occupational therapy, we require participants to hold an OT/L or COTA license who have or are currently utilizing mechanical modalities within their practice. For more detailed information, please refer to the attached flyer and phone numbers for questions. To participate in the survey, please follow the QR code in the flyer. This survey and its recruitment flyer have been approved by the Huntington University IRB.
