I have been doing research for about three years, and will be entering podiatry school in the fall. By the time I enter, I will have presented a poster at 4 professional Neuroscience Events (not undergraduate symposiums), as well as published in a neuroscience journal. Will these experiences be fair game to include on my CV? Are residencies going to notice?

I just completed interviews and I can tell you that those publications and experiences will matter. It will be impressive overall and will be very advantageous if you plan on a research heavy program.

Yes and you'll know more about neuroscience than podiatry professors who are interviewing you ... so don't be intimidating.
