We’re looking for MEDICAL STUDENT participants for a research study that investigates relationships between creativity, psychological safety, emotional distress, and self-efficacy.
You are invited to participate in a study that seeks to understand the relationships between psychological safety, creative behaviors, and academic achievement.
This research is being conducted by Charity Thomann, a doctoral student in the School of Psychology at Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA. This study is supervised by Allen Cornelius, PhD. The IRB ID for this study is 23-0416. The Fielding IRB office can be reached at [email protected] 805-898-4034.
Medical students who are under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in this study.
