If it is after the cycle has started, you wont need a new letter.

Thank you. Would it be wise to send an update letter from this new lab in the fall/winter if I had not found out yet?

Also, how should I bring up this lab switch in the secondaries? I wrote in my primaries that I would stay in my current lab for two years.
