Singapore Medical Council (SMC)has a list of recognised Medschools. Please refer to
http://www.smc.gov.sg/html/1153709442948.html

There's no Philipino medschools in the list, which means you should complete 3 years of post-housemanship in any country, only then you can apply for a job in Singapore. Philipino Med graduates cannot perform their housemanship in Sing.

However, I'm not even a med student, and the safest way is to check from SMC websites, http://www.smc.gov.sg/html/SMC_Home.html
