Hi guys,

I am currently a temporary resident, not a permanent resident.
If anybody has any idea, how much would my temporary status affect my acceptance ?
 
It does affect! But do you have any choice?

okay...I didn't know that.. Would I be eligible for in-state tuition rates? I live in Florida.
My parents will pay for my school but if I can go to u of florida and pay their in-state tuition, it would be nice.

You need to inquire about it at the UOF or any other school you plan to attend, because often international students are not eligible for in state tuition and COA is quite high. Some schools demand a year of tuition cost upfront at the admission. Be prepared for it
