Hello everybody, just wondering if anyone has ideas about what kinds of positions are around the country within the residency programs. For example, Social Chair is pretty common. I was thinking of creating some positions like archivist (to file all the notable journal articles, conference & research chair (to keep track of various conferences) , etc. to give residents something to do while in the earlier years of residency.

Also, if anyone has heard of awards that may be given to residents I would like to hear about them. Nothing major, something like "Best Grand Rounds" presentation or somthing like that.
