Residency Program Info

Hey everybody -- been reading this forum for a couple months now, and I love it. Mad props to Andrew Doan and all the contributors!

Here's my question:
Does anybody know how to find out specific info about all the various ophtho residency programs (like resident surgical volume, clinic hours, fellowship placement, etc)? I seem to remember there being some big book that listed all the med schools and their stats -- does any such thing exist for ophtho programs??
