I'm conducting an informal survey to see how various factors influence peoples' decision of choosing (ranking) a PM&R residency. Instructions for the survey are below. If you'd like to put your 2 cents in,
1. Please don't scroll down and read how others are rating categories - that way I'll have an unbiased response.
2. Please identify if you are a physician or med student because I'm actually more interested in what physicians have to say now that they have some hindsight.

Thanks!

Please weigh the following factors in choosing a residency program by assigning points. You have 100 total points and more points mean stronger influence on your decision. The rating is based on current preferences, NOT how you felt back in med school.

________ Reputation (history of placing graduates in a job/fellowship of choice)

________ Education (clinical variety, teaching, research)

________ Work (call schedule, work load, support from staff/faculty)

________ Residents (#/class, are they happy, camaraderie, work well together)

________ Location (city, weather, cost of living, recreation, personal reasons)

________ Facilities (atmosphere of hospital, computerized records, parking, etc.)

________ Benefits (salary, vacation time, housing allowance, etc.)

Total = 100
