Residency programs requiring Step 2 CS for ranking

Hey everyone, is there anywhere I can find a list of EM programs that require Step 2 CS scores before they will rank applicants? I'm trying to schedule 4th year and would preferably like to take step 2 CS late in the academic year.

UConn requires Step 2 CS, before ranking. That's the only one that I know about.
