There's not really a list anywhere. check orthogate.com to give yourself a better idea of the specifics of programs. Generally anywhere will give you a great residency experience since ortho is so competitive. Most all of the top notch med schools have top notch ortho programs -- there are not really any stinkers out there. On the flip side, there are not really any hidden gems as people fight tooth and nail to get into any program. Sorry.
