Residency Swap in NY NJ area from Oklahoma

Hi,

My wife is a first year resident in pediatrics in Oklahoma University. She wants to move to somewhere in North East Coast (NY NJ PA DE MD DC CT etc). Does anybody know anyone who wants to swap or any open positions for PGY II in pediatrics? We are desperately looking for a transfer. We have also registered on residentswap but luck so far. Do you think we are too late in the game?
