dear all,
I am a foreign medical graduate holding DOCTORATE in cardiology,MRCP of Uk ,ECFMG certied in 1999 wih low score of 78 and more than 10 years from graduation ...what shall i do if i want to apply for residency and what are my chances

Sorry your chances are slim. I am assuming you have been out of the field for 10 yrs

no in those 10 years I got 2 PHD ,MRCP from uk and practicing interventional cardiology
