PM&R is a small specialty and finding reliable information can be difficult. Often, among the best ways to acquire such information is directly from residents in training. However, not every medical school has a PM&R residency program or physiatrists on staff.
The AAPM&R has developed a Resident Mentor search engine. Medical students interested in finding residents to advise them in the residency application and matching process may access the search engine and search by interest area of geography.
