has anyone used this site with success? is it worth the money? i am a pgy2 in an advanced specialty looking to switvh to IM pgy1 in nyc
 
Yes, the program is useless. They don't update the postings and they are not reliable. In addition the option to swap is confusing and not intuitive. It is possible that I may have not fully extracted all it had to offer, but that's my 2cents.
 
I haven't heard good things about the site. Ditto for openspots.com
I don't think they update things often enough, for one thing.
