Resources to review Neuro CT's?

My friend just completed her test. She said that there was a ton of questions that had a neuro CT. Does anyone know of any resources that would reflect the knowledge to do well on these type of questions?

High Yield Neuroanatomy has a decent mini imaging atlas at the front.
