It's a little paperback with lots of diagram and everything you need to know. I highly recommend it. It's called 'Respiratory Physiology'.

When I took the shelf in physio, it was the one area I was really prepared for. there was also this CIBA? book on resp physio that we had library access to. It was very short and condensed. But very good as well.
