install some programs that limit you from using SDN or distractions.
I heard K9 was a good software to use.
I've been a major procrastinator in ug, but somehow it hasnt been an issue for the DAT.
The fact that the DAT score is sooo crucial for my future and the fear of wasting $385 and 4 months of studying completely prevents the idea of slacking off.
so if you can find something to motivate yourself, I think it'll be better than setting up some parental controls.

Same here. I think I was on SDN more frequently when I was actually studying for the DAT. 😀
