Quick question. I had a letter writer submit their letter to AMCAS without signing it or using the correct university letterhead. If I have him use the same letter request form I sent him originally to submit it again with these changes, will it be sent out to all of my schools so they can have an updated version? Or do I need to create a new letter request form and send another letter to all of my schools (some of which I've already sent the maximum number of letters to)? I've only found this out because one of my secondary portals says that his letter does not meet their letter requirements so I contacted him about it.

• Once AMCAS receives a letter, no party may delete or edit a letter. Any letters that follow an original letter with the same AMCAS Letter ID will be appended to the original letter and sent to all medical schools to which the letter is designated.

They can just resubmit the letter. The schools will get the updated one.
