I've already sent out my CAS, and no more changes can be made to it. Just wondering what the consensus is on resubmitting an updated CAS to programs you've applied to individually. Thanks for you thoughts.

Never hurts to try if it's a SIGNIFICANT addition, worst that happens is they ignore it. If you're just adding one honors in your heme-pathology rotation, I wouldnt waste the time. If suddenly a couple of publications have since been accepted I would definitely try.
