Retake 2 Classes AFTER Applying

Taking MCAT this year towards end of May. Planning to apply ASAP after I take MCAT. After I submit my app to AACOMAS, I wanted to take two or three pre-req classes in summer that I 2.0 to help increase my GPA (both science courses).

Should I do this? Would I finish out the summer courses and then update AACOMAS app and schools would see that new cGPA/sGPA? Need some clarification to put my mind at rest.

Yes. Finish the summer courses, update your AACOMAS app with the new transcript, and schools will get your app 1 week later. That said, if without these retakes you are below the cutoffs for any school, it might be wise to wait on those apps until your new GPA is calculated.
