During Spring quarter of my sophomore year, I took an Athletic Training course as part of my internship offered by my schools' extension program. That quarter was a disaster; I was taking 5 courses (counting this class) while working 20+hrs/week to pay for school, in addition to the 10hrs that quarter for my internship, while commuting to campus. I obviously put more of my energy towards classes that counted (genetics, physics) and ended up getting a "D" in this extension class. Yikes!

My dilemma is whether I should retake this class, get an "A", and show that I'm not a complete fail and it was just a bad quarter OR if I should take a different science class offered by extension and do everything possible to get an "A"

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

The official title of the course was "Prevention, Recognition, and Care of Athletic Injuries" and it was 4 units.
