Retake Calculus?

Let's say I don't get in this cycle.

I've retaken most of the pre-reqs since graduating in 1996. I know calculus isn't a pre-req at most schools but when I took it in college I got a D.

Does anyone think retaking the class will be helpful? I'm seriously considering it.
