So I took the GRE for the first time last semester with a 307:
-153 verbal (61%)
-154 quantitative (54%)
-3.5 writing (41%)

Current stats:
-3.4 cumulative GPA
-graduated with B.A. Biology this year
-3.6-7 pre-req GPA depending
-will have 100-200 observation hours (50-ish inpatient neuro/cardio/pulm, 50-ish outpatient clinic ortho/sports, women's health)
-volunteer, internship, leadership, clubs, sorority, study abroad
-certified phlebotomist
-LOR from microbiology professor, OT I intern for with a nonprofit, and inpatient PT

Would it be worth it to retake? very nervous about the writing score but not sure if I'm overthinking it.

Depends on the school you are applying to. My school required us to take the writing portion but didn’t weigh it for applications. As long as you are above their minimum for your score, I think you are sitting pretty nice!

Like Louisiana said, depends on which schools you apply to, but You should definitely get accepted into multiple schools with those stats. I had a little better cum GPA, same 3.6-3.8 pre-req GPA, and 300 GRE (150, 150, 4.0) and got accepted into 6/8 schools I applied to (one rejection was due to an awful first interview). I would maybe recommend a little more hours (I had over 1000), but overall your application looks very very good. I wouldn't waste another $205 on retaking the GRE.

Agreed with the posts above. Retake only if the school you are dying to go to has higher GRE average for accepted students. If you do choose to retake, make sure you have studied more and have increased your score by decent number of points (based on the school average GRE acceptance scores) prior to retake. Otherwise, it will be the waste of money.
