Hello.
I am a nontrad applicant (was a Bio major in undergrad and did not do well as I had no clear idea of what I even wanted to do and didn’t take it seriously and graduated with a 3.1 CGPA). After a gap year I’ve become set on going to med school and part of that is doing a DIY postbacc by retaking certain courses, taking upper level science courses and missing prereqs at various CC’s near me.
Currently I am taking Calc 2 and Physics 2 while working as an MA.
I have already taken the calc courses (calc 1 and 2 split into 3 classes where I received an A, A, and C) but wanted to retake Calc 2 to show that the C could be improved.
I have also taken a life sciences and general statistics course.
Recently i’ve found that my calc 2 grade is not looking good and I am considering withdrawing and taking a W rather than a B/C
considering I have already taken it and just wanted to see if I could do better. Thoughts?
Any and all advice is appreciated!
